Sakarya University International Relations Office base on student and academic staff mobility. It aims to use more effectively bilateral cooperation agreements between international universities, to transform educational and cultural funds supported by European Commission in to useful projets for the University.

Sakarya University International Relations Office; mainly established for the purpose of coordinating all activities with European Union programmes, USA and Balkan countries.

Sakarya University International Relations Office has carried on services at Rectorate Building as attached to Sakarya University General Secretariat.
